CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

We are currently seeking submissions for our first issue. Interesting poems, short stories, videos, songs, photos, paintings, collages, and essays dealing with green living are of particular interest, although if you have an interesting idea that is not listed here, feel free to query. Treetop will run a monthly online issue and print twice each year.

Guidelines:

All submissions must be sent to jenn.fer.red.pen@gmail.com no later than August 15, 2009.

Do not send attachments unless specifically asked.

Poetry: 3-5 poems pasted into the body of an email

Fiction: 500-1000 words sent in the body of an email.

Photos: Paste 3-5 photos with captions and credits in the body of an email.

Original Artwork: Paste image or provide link to 1-5 original pieces of artwork in the body of an email. No attachments.

Videos: Videos must be sent as a youtube link. No exceptions.

Music: Music must be original. No covers. Provide link to band's website.

Essays, Articles: Up to 500 words of relevant, fresh, interesting ideas relating to fashion or the environment.

Provide contact info and a brief bio with all submissions. Previously published work and simultaneous submissions are permitted but please make note.

Compensation: A variable amount of internet fame.
